I got this so my cat could scratch his chin (he has 3 legs so scritches can be a challenge), and it works. It does the job. The bristles are softer than I expected: they are like bottle brush soft. But Samson loves it and that's what matters.I think the bottom layer that holds up everything could’ve been built a little bit bigger, my cat is a little chunky but he did fit but definitely better for healthier cats and kittens.I did however buy this for my rabbit and I haven’t seen him use it myself but there’s rabbit fur all over it so I assume he does. ?My only regret is not buying more than one of these. My girls line up impatiently like adults on Black Friday trying to score the hot new toy of the season. Fights ensue, fur flies, but ....as they walk under the arch their fur is brushed back into perfection..until the next cat pushes her way into the fray and it starts all over. Seriously, they love it, but if you have more than 2 cats buy a second or even third.My cat pull the mouse off within the first 24hrs of receiving it. I just tied one of his other cat toys, his Mr. Bill toy, to the pole.Very sturdy unfortunately my cats don't seem interested but I'm sure if they were it would hold up wellGreat idea for cats !Unfortunately, the top, but bought part does not stay fixed into the base very well. It becomes loose and sways back-and-forth. I’m trying to figure out how to stabilize it more because my cat loves it.Doesn't matter what I like - it's the fact that my Cat is the Boss of me and HE LOVES THIS scratcher!LOL He can't get enough of it and it gives my hands a rest now from continuous begging of scratching that he loves! But I believe that when he wants the hooman touch, then he'll leave his scratcher and comegrumbling to me to give him his regular scratches and kisses!! He's a brat - but he's my brat and I love thathe's enjoying his new toy to play with and satify his playfulness along with some scratches!! 2 thumbs uphere!!I absolutely adore this product because my cat like many cats rubs his body on everything and he is a long-haired cat, so this is the item that I want him to be rubbing up on to help with grooming maintenance. With this product, I now only need to call him once a week.Good quality, LOVE the clips that hold the brush in place, however, my cat doesnt love it, the bristles are too soft as compared to his old one. But it is made well :)Took weeks before he dared to use itBut then he fell in love with the mouse toy and obliterated it by chewing itIt’s a shame they don’t sell replacement partsVery small. Not sturdy at all. After first day we had to throw out as the bristles were falling out of the unit, even though it was not touched.Missing the mouse and why was this box not sealed????Un bon produit
