I bought this for my 4-year old tomcat who adopted me when he was a stray about a year and a half ago. I had to make him an indoor-only cat because of terrible flea dermatitis and he would also get tapeworm from these fleas, despite monthly treatment with a high-quality flea product. He hates being indoors only and is very rambunctious, I was really hoping that this enclosure would help him.But he will not stay in it longer than five minutes, he will start whining, looking for a way out, and he even pounces up against the sides of the individual enclosures.PROS for this product:Well made, the zippers are high-quality, the mesh is very fine and will not let fleas or ticks through.Plenty of space, the tunnels are a good size even for my 16-pounder to fit through.CONS:There were no instructions whatsoever in the package. Putting the pieces together was not all that difficult to figure out, but instructions would have been nice nevertheless.The fact that it has to be taken down and cannot be left out is a huge con for me.When I decided to return the product, trying to fold the big enclosure pieces was an absolute nightmare. No matter which way you try to bend it, it always feels like something is going to break. There’s a video with the listing, but it is not very helpful as the movements are very fast and cannot be slowed down. So I find the ad to be somewhat misleading, making it look like it is very easy to break down and store as needed. If I would’ve kept it I probably would’ve stored the pieces as they are and never tried to fold them, which would have taken up a huge amount of space in the storage room.All in all I love the idea of this product, I really wanted to like it and I am so disappointed that my cat did not feel the same way.I had a problem with my item after a few days and was shocked by the excellent customer service. Although the price for the actual item seems high, the price justifies the customer service you will get. The Seller reached out right away and assisted me with my concerns. They offered excellent ideas to protect my item in the future (cat).I like the concept with the double zipper so you create different designs. I dont like the material on the bottom of the tents. My cats were in this for 20 minutes and the bottom of the tent is torn up bu their nails. Wouldnt buy it again. It is not weatherproof.Great product! Only reason I gave it a 4 is because it’s hard to get back into the bag once closed up. The bag could be bigger to aid in getting it back inside.I like the length - it turns out our cat does not like being contained in one place, even if it’s outside. She would have hated a single tent.I can fit inside with her, which is a huge bonus!It’s lasted a few days outside (so far.) I don’t look forward to putting it up, as setting it up/tearing it down is too much of a hassle.Otherwise it works, so I’m satisfied.My cat absolutely loves it. She can now be outside and I do not have to worry about her running off. She sits and plays in it all day long if I would let her. She loves it that much.flexibility is great can make it fit any way I arrange the patio. Like that it has 3 enclosures and 3 connecting tunnels the options are endless. A sun shade can easily be made with a light weight scrap of fabric and the shade gives my cat a bit of a spot to hide.This is great for my cats that love being outdoors! It’s secure, but the netting is small so bugs don’t get in. I like that you can change it up so they can have different things in different spots.Quality item.
