It barely spins and you can feel friction. Looks and feels cheap.I’ve been using this ring for about two weeks now and it has truly been helping me with my anxiety. I didn’t have any issues with it spinning at first but a few days ago it did get stuck. I just washed the ring and it started working perfectly again.Please be mindful of your ring size as the ring does run a size too small I believe. I intended to wear the ring on thumb so I ordered a size 10 and it was too small.The ring is also kind of loud and does draw attention in a quiet room.With that being said, I would still recommend this ring considering the help it does bring with my anxiety.This is a pretty decent fidget spinner ring. Right out of the box there was a major issue with the rotation not being smooth and making an awful squeaky sound as it turned. The ring came with no instructions but the product page said that if there is noise you should apply dish soap to the ring. I did that and it make the sound go away and made it turn more smoothly.That being said, there is no way important information should be on the product page but not included with the product. This trend is gaining popularity and it is NOT OK. What if you gave this to someone as a gift? Then they would think it was defective and maybe throw it out, without ever knowing what corrective steps they could take.The spinning movement of the ring is smooth now but it still doesn't spin much. There are no bearings or anything like that. It's just two round pieces of metal connected to each other. No matter how hard you try, I don't think you could get two full rotations out of this ring. It reduces stress and anxiety.These are a really nice idea - a portable fidget that doesn't make noise or cause a distraction like so many fidgets. I like the rainbow hue on this one and the surface texture is nice. However, it has a gritty feel when it spins which is not pleasant. Because of this, it's not getting any use in our house.works well love this
