My doggie loves itThe dogs were very interested when I first opened this toy up. I can't smell anything right now, but they must have loved the smell! They enjoyed chewing on it a lot the first couple days, but it has not become one of their favorite chew toys around. They still chew on it from time to time, but it is not a daily occurence. It is a hard stick, so it probably wouldn't be good for dainty chewers or older dogs. It does seem to be pretty durable to heavy chewing. I don't think we've given it the full test some other dogs may, but it has held up pretty well. You can see the scratches and marks where they chew, but I don't find pieces laying around and they don't seem to be pulling any off. As with all of these types of toys, however, I only allow them to use it while they are being supervised. I have not attempted to cut off any of the ends as the product page suggests, so I don't know how that would work. Quite honestly, I don't really know how I would even attempt to do that! Also, I really like the size for my dogs, so I don't think I would want it shorter. They seem to like being able to hold onto it and chew in a comfortable position. Overall, I am happy with this toy and would consider purchasing it again.This toy is my dogs favorite. He will chew on it for hours sometimes and it hold up very well. He is an aggressive chewer and if he doesn’t have something to chew on he will chew his paws or other household items, so I’m glad this toy helps with his chewing issue lol. Great toy and the price is fairOur dog loved these but they didn't last long. Then again nothing really lasts long with her. For smaller dogs would probably be great.It's a really durable product might have just doesn't like it she refuses to chew on it it's pretty much just laying around my house because my dog doesn't care for it but for other dogs it would be wonderful for them to chew so they don't chew up you weren't belongingsThis GoCheer aggressive chewer chew toy is a large and is good for large dogs (my 7lb dog was intereted but the 95lb dog wouldn't let her have it). It is made of hard plastic and after about a solid hour of chewing, the ends of the toy were worn but not destroyed. After the hour of chewing, the toy was dog hidden inside of the house and we can't find it.The plastic on this toy is hard. Dog(s) prefer the softer rubber on the Kong aggressive chew toys over this one and bring the Kong out every night. We have yet to see this red toy come out since its initial introduction.This is Very thick and nicely made! It will be very durable for my pup! I have an almost 8 month old female labradoodle! She is teething a lot I think or, she’s just a chewer. She loves her bones and she loves chew toys. She is a medium sized dog and she’s pretty thin just naturally.This toy I think is more made for BIG BIG dogs. Rots and Pitts, etc. That’s how sturdy this plastic chew toy is made! Which is great!It is just going to take a bit of time and chewing for my pup to break this down a bit. I think it may be a little too thick for her right now but, she has shown some interest in it, so far. She doesn’t chew on her for long periods but she has been chewing on it some!I do recommend this chew toy! It is very thick and durable! Very well made!This is a good quality chew stick, but it says it's for all size dogs, including small dogs, and this is too big for my small dog. She can't get her jaws around it. If you have a larger dog, I think this would be a great chew toy.
