Our dog destroys Toya, so much so that we no longer buy any off the shelf. After all, why drop $20 if it's only going to last a day or two?We've had this for a month or so, and while we don't use it every day, it's held up very well, and sometimes he'll even play with it when it's not loaded with treats.It's a good purchase.My dog has literally chewed through Kong products in the past, but this one has stood the test of time. We couldn't find it, so I ordered two more - and they are *THE* treat dispenser...they show NO sign of wear after weeks of use - and like I said, my dog can literally eviscerate the puppy and adult Kongs. You won't be sorry with this one...though I'd get two, so you needn't hunt when the pup decides to 'hide' it. [/laughing]We got this for our pup for meals while he’s on crate rest, so he can have more stimulation. He is a 100lb german shepherd mix and a SUPER chewer. This toy/food thing is really durable and definitely worth it, but it’s tough even for him to get the kibble out of it. The only reason I give this 4 stars is because it is SO hard he has a hard time chewing it.My boy is a rescue that has separation anxiety and loves to chew.... especially if left alone. He responds very to food so I bought this hoping for a good distraction when I'm away. It works!!Before leaving the house I stuff it (and a few other similar toys) with large treats and set them within his sights but out of reach until I'm heading out the door. This has literally been life changing for all of us, he shows happy anticipation of our departure & we're able to enjoy our time away knowing we won't return to a spastic dog and mess to clean.The materials used don't so much as show a tooth mark which is very impressive. We seriously expected the red nobby thing to be gone in a day, we were wrong. A++++ for durability!My dog is destructive. He's eaten through doors. Countless shoes. Dog toys are like stuffed animals. He tears them apart within minutes.This is the longest lasting toy he's has had. And he still has it !!! It's still in one piece after months.If your dog is a chewer this is the one toy to get.Picture is with an 8 month old Great Dane puppy and the “large” size toy. I’m afraid when she’s full grown she could get this stuck in her throat or between teeth. Pictures in advertising must have been pretty small dogs.This is by far the best chew toy we have bought for our baby Diesel, he destroyed everything we have gotten but so far, he has only been able to chew off the spoon part of this grenade. It also bounces a lot when thrown to keep him guessing about where it will end up. Great dog toy for chewers!My 10 mo. old black and white terrier, Presley aka Chui, could not shred this thing. But, she lost it. Still looking.This product does not stand up to they're advertising, they said for aggressive chewers nottttttt my dog had it chewed in no time and was just a waist of my money ?This Dog toy is advertised as a toy for Aggressive chews....my Lab destroyed it within a month!! Now I don't know how to get a replacement or my money back as it is no longer available
