Absolutely love this bed ! Both my ragdoll cats love to sleep in this! Within 5 minutes of opening and setting it on the ground, the cats had decided this was their bed! I will definitely now need to get another one !We were a family of three cats until August when we lost Frank, the car I always called our "Ambassador". The two other cats hate each other, but Frank loved each of them and they loved him. so when he left, we suddenly had two cats without a companion who are used to being with a companion, but it couldn't stand the one remaining cat they had to snuggle with.As a result, our house went from three cats to two, and the number of cats trying to sit in my lap all day climbed to 200%. I'm pretty sure that's scientifically accurate.I purchased one of these nests after spending 40 minutes trying to get my brown cat Barney to get off of my desk and not try and sit in my lap. I hoped I would be able to put the nest on my desk and he would be able to jump in it and sleep there.I haven't been back to work since the new nest arrived, so I don't know if that's going to be a viable plan yet. However, the first nest was such a hit that they started to fight over it. Within a day I had to buy a second one.Now I have two nests, and two (reasonable) contented cats. And better yet, I have a free lap! I've had cats my entire life and this is the first time that they have ever preferred what came in the Amazon box to the box itself.Our cat loves boxes and I knew this would be a hit. He jumped in 5 min after I put it in the spot his other bed was in. He LOVES it. So nice for a cold winter. I threw one of his blankets over it one day while I was cleaning and he jumped right in so now it has his padded blanket as well as the fleece lining. So cozy.I bought this in 2016. My cat LOVES this thing. We call it her bowl and she is constantly in it. Before my other cat passed away, I had two and they would often fight over it. The shell of this thing is solid, so it doesn't lose it's shape. There is a cover that goes over the shell that you can wash. Since I've had mine for a while, it is getting more and more gross and there is only so much a washing machine can do with cat hair. I rated the value as 2/5 stars because $60 is extremely expensive for a cat bed. I rated the easy to clean 3/5 stars because you can just throw the cover in the washer, but at some point, it just stops getting clean and there is no way (that I can see via the Hepper website or Amazon) to buy a replacement. I wish they'd reduce the price to a reasonable point because I'd buy another one!I purchased the Hepper Nest Cat Bed for my 7 year old kitty, who was having difficulties jumping into his cat hammock from Trixie. He LOVES the cat hammock, but when arthritis in the knees and hip dysplasia were causing him difficulties jumping, I was looking for a similar nesting product closer to the ground he could easily get in and out of with ease. Hepper Nest is a HUGE success. He loves curling himself up into the fleece-lined bowl. He has no difficulties getting into or out of the bowl. He stretches his legs out over the lip of the bowl for extra comfort. I am extremely pleased with this product that I purchased a second one a few days after buying the first so he could have one in his two favorite rooms in our house. Although some customers complain that the price of the product is a bit expensive for what it is, I think the Hepper Nest is well-constructed, lightweight, and it is great to have removable fabric to throw in the washer. I love the Hepper Nest Cat Bed!Expensive for what it is, but the cats literally wont sleep in anything but this anymore, so what are you going to do.First bed my cats ever laid down in immediately. They love to curl up in this bowl & nap daily, especially in the sun. Super easy to clean too. So glad I bought 2 instead of 1. May eventually but 1 more. Love it!Purchased and left this little bowl all over the house. Four cats and they just sniffed around it. Finally put it on top of my desk by a window and now it’s a gem. All of my cats love it. It isn’t super cold here in CA, and they still enjoy it. Sometimes they’re curled up in a ball, sometimes legs hung over the edge. I have to buy two more!
