This cup is just to cute!! I love itI don't just use it for tea or coffee, I use it for anything. Would be a great gift to someoneover all great cup my partner loved it. it is annoying that it isn't machine washable but handwashing isn't so bad and looks greatI liked the way the mermaids hair changes colors & that it’s not too big to hold on to when it has a beverage in it!Very durable and could be an expensive wonderful gift!I wanted to use it for a bit before writing a review, so I could determine the quality. I’ve only ever hand-washed the mug, and never left any liquid in it overnight—only while I was taking my time drinking tea or juice out of it was there ever anything in it. I’ve been extra careful when handling and cleaning it, though it is sturdily made.The first 2 or 3 uses were fine, but after that, I’m now able to see a little of the cosmic color on the cat’s base/paws, even when the mug is perfectly dry and at room-temperature. This wasn’t the case when I first opened the box and used it (the cat silhouette would go back to pure black after it was cool/dry). After washing it with standard dish soap and hot water on the 3rd-ish use, some of the sealant over the cat is wrinkled and pushed up from the base of the mug—and probably why some color now shows through at the base even when the mug isn’t holding hot liquid.I still love this mug so much, and it’s definitely lovely. Only recommending that it’s washed with care and no rough sponges are used to clean it please, so that the magic transition from fully shadow to fully colorful can last as long as possible. The pattern has become more visible over time, even on the opposite side which doesn’t have evident wrinkling of the seal.So yeah, beautiful and fun, but please clean and use with care!Adorable designPaint washed off with hand washingThe mug seems sturdy and I like it the cats tail as the handle. However after only a few washes I came to realize that the color change portion is merely a stick on that begin to peel off of the actual mug.I have to say it isn’t great. The mug was a present and has had two uses with hot tea in. On second use the heat changing part has started to peel off and melt! The main draw of the item can’t keep up! Not impressed.Colour changing works great and is otherwise a perfectly suitable mug. Handle hole is a little on the small side so it's slightly awkward to hold but not bad enough to really bother me.Muy bonita , solo q muy pequeña !
