Cat Step Shelf w/Cork Pad The Cat Shelf is most effectively used for your cat to traverse to other items, and many cats will also use it as a perch. This cat wall shelf can be installed on its own or connected to other furniture as a fun extension.
Bamboo Furniture We use bamboo, a solid material that allows for a thinner, sleeker design. Our Cork Traction Pads are made from cork fabric. This is made with natural cork bonded with a highly durable blend of cotton and polyester to prevent the cork from chipping away like normal cork tends to do on its own. This allows your cat to slightly claw into the material for extra grip while extremely resistant to punctures.
Eco-Friendly Material Cork fabric is a great material to use from an environmental standpoint. Cork forestry is some of the most sustainable forest practices on the planet. Cork is renewable, biodegradable, and can be recycled without producing any harmful residues. Since cork trees are harvested rather than cut down, the harvesting process does not harm the tree, making it completely sustainable.
How to Wash the Cat Climbing Wall Shelf To clean your cork cat pad, we suggest using a cloth dampened with water or making a solution with water and a small amount of soap.
About Us Catastrophic Creations started way back in 2013 after we brought home our first cat, Ickle. As we outfitted our home for him, we started to play around with some unconventional cat furniture ideas and built them ourselves. We now have four cats who are always the first to test our cat wall prototypes. All of our furniture is cat-tested and approved.
